Bio
Justina is an experienced harpist and music teacher offering private harp and piano lessons in Sydney. With over eight years of international experience, she teaches students of all ages and levels in a supportive, personalised way.
Trained in Vilnius, Lithuania and Birmingham, UK, Justina holds a degree in Classical Music Performance and Pedagogy and has had masterclasses and lessons with world-renowned harpists including Catrin Finch, Ernestine Stoop, Eleanor Turner, Alice Giles and others. As a performer, she has appeared solo, in chamber ensembles and orchestras across Europe and Australia, competed and was awarded prizes in international competitions, recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London, and performed as a soloist on board the Queen Elizabeth luxury cruise liner. Justina continues to perform in various ensembles, projects and orchestras across Sydney, Australia.

Justina’s lessons focus on strong technique, musical expression, and building confidence — whether for exams, performances, or personal enjoyment. Each lesson is personalised and adapted considering the personal needs and preferences of each student.
Pedal and lever harp lessons available.
Can travel within Inner West and Castle Hill (Thursdays) area to provide in-home lessons, as well as offer online lessons.
Was extremely accommodating throughout the first lesson and in helping me find rentals, listens well to my needs and helps with the fundamentals for a beginner, good at pacing it to my speed.

Justina has coached my daughter through her HSC preparations, giving advice on everything from repertoire choice to performance quality, technique to ensemble work. She offers practical, workable advice and spends a lot of time working to produce a confident, emotionally connected performance.
