I am a kind and patient teacher with a passion for music!

I am a well-rounded teacher with over 4 years experience. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Education at the University of Sydney and completed Music 1 for my HSC with a band 6 in performance.

My teaching style:
– High expectations. This means that practise and completion of homework are expected to push students to reach their potential.
– Understanding. Whilst wanting to push students I understand that other factors can influence their progress. It’s all about balance!
– Individually designed. My teaching style differs depending on the individual student: their behaviour, goals and abilities.

I have received a certificate for grade 8 piano for leisure AMEB and I’m currently practising for my Associate Diploma (AMusA) through AMEB so I can assist you through the grades if wanted.

I teach all styles of music including classical, jazz/improvisation and popular music. Composition, theory, sight reading and aural tests are also utilised.

All lessons are held at my location in Sydney Northern Beaches, Narraweena.

Cost:
– $35 for 30 minutes,
– $50 for 45 minutes,
– $65 for 60 minutes.
